Effervescence - available through Arta Gallery

Effervescence is a very unique, 16x16" acrylic and resin painting done on Baltic Birch wood. The piece has been "built" using multiple layers of resin, acrylic paints and mica pigments. As such, it has a highly reflective, shimmery, dancing quality. The buterflies - a perennial symbol of rebirth - are three dimensional, and appear to be floating off the painting. One-of-a-kind artwork. 
 
We use a UV resistant, archival resin that has been formulated for art. While the resin is UV resistant, no painting should be in direct sunlight.
